Executive Assistant GPS Impact is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to join our growing Client Services Team. The preferred location for this position is in our Washington, DC office. We are a full-service public affairs and multimedia advertising agency with broad experience helping progressive candidates, advocacy groups, and organizations use integrated, strategic communications and advertising to achieve their goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work directly with GPS partners and the senior leadership team to support their daily work activitiesReview and manage internal and external communications on behalf of GPS partners and senior leadership teamCoordinate work with other team members and ensure necessary follow-up Coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements for GPS partners and other team members as neededTrack and manage partner and principal expenses, and assist the finance team with select processes in QuickbooksOrganize team meetings and support GPS leadership team meetingsMaintain internal staff wiki with relevant and updated informationManage incoming communications to the organization’s general lines and forward them to appropriate staff membersManage the Washington, DC office and ensure the space is well maintained and equipped for employees and visitorsContribute to the improvement of these processes when necessaryContribute to other special projects as necessary REQUIREMENTS: Ability to respond to time-sensitive requests outside of regular business hours Previous experience in an office environmentGoogle Suite experienceHighly organized and detail-orientedAttention to confidentiality, given the position’s access to and involvement with highly sensitive personnel and business informationIndependently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate directionAbility to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneouslyAbility to thrive in a constantly changing, often unpredictable, and sometimes stressful environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working in a political environmentBasic understanding of invoicing and accounting conceptsExperience in Quickbooks Online Previous scheduling experience INSTRUCTIONS To apply, please email resume to kelly@gpsimpact.com.
