WASHINGTON – GPS Impact, an integrated multi-media and public affairs firm, announced today the addition of two veteran DCCC leaders and professionals, Vriti Jain and Tim Persico.

Vriti is joining GPS as Vice President, Communications and Campaigns with  over a decade of experience in local, House, Senate, and presidential politics. Most recently, she was Deputy Executive Director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, where she oversaw the research, communications, digital communications, and policy strategy at the committee, leading to the best first-term midterm performance for a Democratic president since 1962. Vriti also has extensive experience in research, communications and policy, including serving as the research director for Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign.

Persico is joining GPS as a Principal. Persico has been working in Democratic politics and government for nearly two decades, most recently serving as the Executive Director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) in the 2021-2022 cycle. Before his work leading the DCCC, Persico ran campaigns at the state and federal level, worked as a Regional Political Director at the DCCC in the 2018 cycle, served as a Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a strategic consultant to organizations and advocacy groups around the country.
