Paid Media Assistant GPS Impact, a progressive full-service multi-media advertising agency, is looking for an outcome-driven experienced professional to join our advertising team as a Paid Media Assistant. Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping progressive candidates and causes, experience or interest in developing and executing digital media strategy, an appetite for working hard and pushing the envelope, and strong interpersonal communication skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Paid Media Assistant, who coordinates with Lead Integrated Media Planner and Buyer and reports to the Director of Linear Buying, is responsible for the following: The Paid Media Assistant, who coordinates with Lead Integrated Media Planner and Buyer and reports to the Director of Linear Buying, is responsible for the following: Managing, organizing and updating vendor costs and proposals Tracking political ad spending and reporting for internal and external stakeholdersAssist in the analyzing and reporting on political advertising spendingAssist in the planning and placement of linear mediaIn coordination with the production team, assist the Media Team with creative asset organization and distribution to appropriate vendors and media outletsDevelop media calendars and schedules for use by the Media TeamIn coordination with the Lead Integrated Media Buyer and the Accounting Department, organize and prepare payments to vendors and media outlets Assist the Lead Integrated Media Buyer with day to day communication with vendors and affiliates as neededAssist with the reconciliation of media invoices from vendors REQUIREMENTS We’re seeking candidates who excel in a fast-paced team environment, are results-oriented, and have strong organizational skills.
